The Intelligence Alliance is committed to fostering innovation and supporting our members in their artificial intelligence (AI) journey. All members are eligible for our Proof-of-Concept (POC) Grants Program provides financial assistance ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 to help you develop and test AI projects that can drive significant value for your organization and the broader community.

Amount: Up to $50,000
Description: For projects where results are kept confidential within your organization.

Application Process
1. Prepare Your Proposal in consultation with your Member Representative
Executive Summary: Outline the project's objectives, significance, and expected impact.
Project Plan: Detail the methodology, timeline, milestones, and required resources.
Budget Breakdown: Provide a clear budget outlining how the grant funds will be utilized.
Expected Outcomes: Describe the anticipated results and how they align with the Alliance's goals.
2. Submit Your Application
Access the Grants Program Portal.
Complete the online application form and upload your proposal documents.
Specify whether you are applying for a Public or Private grant.
3. Application Deadlines
Applications are reviewed quarterly.
Submission deadlines are on the last business day of the month.
4. Review and Approval
The Grants Committee reviews applications within 15 days of the submission deadline.
You may be contacted for additional information or clarification during this period.
5. Grant Award and Project Kick-off
Successful applicants will receive a grant agreement outlining the terms and conditions.
Funds are disbursed according to the agreed-upon schedule in the project plan.

Your application will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Innovation and Originality
Does the project introduce novel solutions or approaches in AI?
Alignment with Alliance Goals
How well does the project support the mission and objectives of the Intelligence Alliance?
Feasibility and Methodology
Is the project plan realistic and well-structured with clear milestones?
Impact and Value
What is the potential benefit to your organization and, for public grants, to other Alliance members?
Resource Utilization
Is the budget reasonable and justified?
Capability and Expertise
Does your team have the necessary skills and experience to execute the project successfully?

1. Predictive Maintenance Model Development
Type: Public Grant
Amount: $80,000
Description: Developing an AI model for predictive maintenance in manufacturing equipment, with findings shared across the Alliance to benefit similar industries.
2. Customer Segmentation Using AI
Type: Private Grant
Amount: $45,000
Description: Creating a customized AI solution to enhance customer segmentation and targeting strategies for a retail company, keeping results confidential.
3. AI-Enhanced Supply Chain Optimization
Type: Public Grant
Amount: $100,000
